Only your documents
The assistant answers exclusively from the documents uploaded by you or by a broker you have authorised. If the information is not there, it says so.
Security and privacy
This page explains plainly where your data lives, who can see it and exactly what the assistant does when you ask it a question.
The assistant answers exclusively from the documents uploaded by you or by a broker you have authorised. If the information is not there, it says so.
Every request is evaluated on the server by asking whether the requester has an active right on that specific policy. Not on that client: on that policy.
Documents and data reside on infrastructure on Swiss territory, with a cloud provider based in Switzerland.
Changes and access are logged, distinguishing your actions from those of a broker acting on your behalf.
Access
The short answer: you, and only the brokers you have granted an active delegation on that policy.
A broker does not get access because they are a broker. They get it because you authorise them with an explicit action, after an invitation tied to your specific relationship.
A single policy, or all your present and future policies. You can work with several brokers at once, each with a different scope.
Revocation is immediate and concerns only that delegation. The others remain valid.
The broker keeps the documents received while the delegation was active, just as today with the paper documents they already hold. They do not see policies you add later.
Location
A recurring question in the Swiss market, and there is only one answer.
The services that process documents and data are hosted in Switzerland. No transfer of your documents outside the country.
Uploaded files are stored in a dedicated archive, accessible only to the application’s services and only after the authorisation check.
Your documents exist to answer you. They are not sold, do not feed advertising profiles and are not a product.
Data travels and is stored encrypted. Keys are managed by the infrastructure, not by people.
The assistant
The most delicate part, explained step by step.
The search starts already limited to the documents the requester is entitled to read. The filter is applied before, not after.
Every answer shows which document it comes from and, where one exists, the specific article. The citation reproduces the text as written in your policy.
If the information is not in your documents, the answer states so. It is not filled in with general knowledge.
Every answer carries this notice. Coverly shows what your contracts say, not what you should do.
And this website?
The page you are reading runs no code and does not follow you anywhere.
Like every website, the hosting provider records requests in its technical logs. The details are on the pages Privacy · Cookies
You can start with a single policy and judge with your own documents.
